3D-Oxides is specialized in 3D-printing of smart and multifunctional thin film materials. Among other applications it
has developed a fingerprint enabling highly secure authentication and traceability both at physical and digital level
with further functionalities such as cyber-security, cryptography and new blockchain models. The fingerprint is based
on a library of material properties (optical, electronic or other properties) leading to physical system security. The
main advantage of 3D-oxides approach is to be able to mass produce all different fingerprints at very efficient costs.
Such a fingeprint system leads to unique approaches for Physical Unclonable Functions among others.
