Core competencies

Prof. Cimellaro current research interests address community disaster resilience and sustainability to natural disasters,
seismic risk mitigation of civil infrastructures and strategic buildings such as hospitals using advance technologies (e.g.
smartphones), monitoring and structural control of building vibrations, probabilistic methods and earthquake
engineering.
